How to Sell Your Professional Video Equipment

What we need from you.

In order to sell your items we'll need some information. Gather the following information:

You might want to have a short conversation with Guido and Luigi , our credit managers, for more details about how the sale takes place and about our terms.

Sending your listings.

For a few items an e-mail  or fax ((763) 560-6647) will suffice. If you have a long list then we sure would like to get it in electronic form. A simple Excel spreadsheet or tab delimited text file is preferred though we’ll take anything you send. We need (and would prefer) only “quantity”, “description” and “price”. There is no need to give us separate fields for manufacturer and model number -just stick everything except the price and the quantity in the description field. Be sure to include your name and phone number in the document before you attach it to your e-mail -you wouldn’t believe how many “Equipmentlist.xls”s we get.

 

Then e-mail  the whole shebang to us. Please, please, please include your phone and fax numbers, address and your e-mail address in the e-mail and the document.

When we receive your listing(s) we will fax you back a confirmation which we ask that you sign and mail or fax back. We will also periodically send update reminders.

Down the road.

Please respond to the update reminders. If something is not selling maybe you need to lower the price. A lot of people took baths on Betacam because they left the price too high for too long and now the market has fallen.  We can give you some guidance.
